Available in extrusions, bars, and sheets, Aluminum 6020 welds effortlessly using conventional techniques. Chemical composition: Aluminum (97.0-98.5%), Silicon (0.6-1.2%), Mechanical properties: Tensile Strength (ksi) – 42-48, Yield Strength (ksi) – 25-35, Elongation (%) – 10-6, Hardness (Brinell) – 75-95.
