This alloy fills the need for alloys with greater design efficiency, better welding characteristics, and good forming properties. It exhibits excellent resistance to corrosion and provides the same economy as other non-heat-treatable alloys. Common applications include unfired pressure vessels, missile containers, heavy-duty truck and trailer assemblies, boat hulls, and superstructures. Available in various sizes. Grades: AMS-QQ-A-250/7.
